Who we are

ONE BOM LIMITED (1BOM, Shenzhen, est. 2018) provides managed BOM fulfillment to industrial OEMs, solution providers and EMS/PCBA manufacturers. We act as the outsourced procurement department of our end customers; every part we buy goes into a named end-customer production program.

What we commit to

  • Registrable end programs: every purchase maps to a named end customer, program, model and quantity, submitted for design registration on request.
  • No resale: parts are delivered only to end-customer lines and never resold.
  • Data back to you: quarterly feedback on program progress, demand forecast and alternate-part adoption.
  • Compliance records: end use and end destination on file; controlled items handled strictly under export rules.

What we ask for

  • Authorized pricing and lead-time support; allocation and alternates for scarce, long-lead and EOL parts
  • A registration channel, samples and technical support
  • A way to work on scheduled orders

What kind of buyer we are

  • End buyer: parts go to end-customer lines and are never resold.
  • Whole-BOM buying: one RFQ usually covers many lines of one BOM — steady, predictable orders.
  • Reliable: a quote is a real intent to order; agreed terms are honoured.
  • Clear standards: inspection standard, source tier and evidence requirements stated in the RFQ, never added afterwards.

Inspection and payment
